Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View your current plan and usage

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Before downgrading, ensure you're within the limits of your new plan (chatbots, team members).

Usage & Limits

Message Counting

A "message" is counted when:

  • The chatbot sends a response
  • Both the question and answer count as 1 message

Not counted:

  • Welcome messages
  • System messages
  • Failed responses

Approaching Limits

You'll receive email notifications at:

  • 80% of monthly limit
  • 90% of monthly limit
  • 100% of monthly limit

Over Limit

When you reach your limit:

  • Chatbot continues working (grace period)
  • You have 48 hours to upgrade
  • After 48 hours, chatbot shows "limit reached" message

Payment Methods

Accepted

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Additional methods available in some regions

Updating Payment

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Update

Invoices

Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. Download any invoice as PDF

Invoice Details

Invoices include:

  • Company name (from your settings)
  • Plan and period
  • Payment amount
  • Tax information (where applicable)

Cancellation

Canceling Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Provide feedback (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until period end
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Reactivate anytime to restore access

Data Export

Before canceling, export your data:

  • Conversation history
  • Source list
  • Analytics data
